Community Guidelines

Respectful Conduct

All community members must treat others with respect and dignity. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination and personal attacks are strictly prohibited on our platform and community channels.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their own conduct and content shared within the community. Report any violations you observe to our moderation team. Do not engage with or escalate conflicts — let our team handle enforcement.

Content Standards

All shared content must be appropriate for an adult audience while remaining respectful. Prohibited content includes: illegal material, spam, malware links, personal information of others, and content promoting harmful behaviour.

Account Actions

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension or permanent account termination depending on severity and frequency. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access without prior notice for serious violations.

Appeals Process

If you believe your account was actioned in error, you may submit an appeal to support@bestplayalberta.ca within 14 days. Include your username, the action taken and your explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days.
