Suspension Policy

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Users may appeal suspension decisions through our support channels.

Limitation Of Liability

Best Play Alberta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Changes To Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
